Careers6 open roles

Build machines that have to work.

EMBODIMENT is at the beginning. There is no legacy codebase, no committee, and nowhere for a bad decision to hide. What the first ten people build becomes the company.

01 / Team

The people are the moat.

Autonomy is not won by one discipline. We are assembling a team that can take a machine from a sketch to a field trial without handing it over — perception, controls, simulation, mechanical and the people who put it in front of a customer.

02 / How we work

Small team, real hardware, short loops.

01

Ship to the field

Simulation on Monday, a vehicle in a car park on Friday. Nothing is finished until it has survived weather, dust and someone using it wrong.

02

Own the whole column

Perception people wire looms. Mechanical people read logs. The boundary between disciplines is where robots fail, so we do not defend one.

03

Say what is true

Demos that only work once are not results. We would rather tell a customer no than sell a capability we cannot repeat.

03 / Open roles

Open roles

Own how our machines see. Camera, lidar, radar and inertial fused into one world model that holds up at night, in dust, and when half the sensors disagree.

What you will do
Build and ship the fusion pipeline running on-vehicle, on real power and thermal budgets.
Take detection and state estimation from a notebook to a binary that runs every day.
Instrument failures in the field and turn them into regression scenarios in simulation.
We are looking for
Production C++ and Python, with SLAM, VIO or multi-sensor calibration in your history.
Comfort with the messy half: time sync, drivers, mounting, calibration rigs.
You have debugged something outdoors, in bad weather, at 2am.
Apply for this role

Decide what the machine does next. Planning and control across wheeled, tracked and airborne platforms, on a partial map with a plan that has already gone wrong.

What you will do
Design planners and controllers that share one interface across ground and air platforms.
Close the loop between simulation results and vehicle behaviour on the same day.
Define the safety envelope: what the system refuses to do, and how it fails.
We are looking for
Strong grounding in optimal control, MPC or sampling-based planning.
Shipped autonomy on a physical vehicle, not only in simulation.
You treat a tuned parameter you cannot explain as a bug.
Apply for this role

Build the world our systems are trained and proven in — physics-accurate terrain, sensor models honest enough that behaviour transfers to hardware unchanged.

What you will do
Extend the simulator: terrain, weather, thermal and RF conditions, sensor noise models.
Build scenario generation and automated scoring so thousands of runs happen overnight.
Keep hardware-in-the-loop honest — same binaries, same flight computer.
We are looking for
Real-time rendering or physics engine experience (Unreal, Unity, Isaac, custom).
GPU programming and an instinct for what is worth simulating and what is theatre.
Bonus: you have shipped a simulator someone outside your team relied on.
Apply for this role

Make the body. Structures, drivetrain, thermal, enclosures and the integration work that decides whether any of the software matters.

What you will do
Take platforms from CAD through fabrication, assembly and field trial.
Own thermal, ingress protection, vibration and serviceability of the vehicle.
Work with Indian suppliers and machine shops to get parts made fast and made right.
We are looking for
Hands-on with CAD, DFM, tolerancing and actual fabrication — you own a torque wrench.
Robotics, automotive, aerospace or motorsport background.
You have watched your own design break and redesigned it in a week.
Apply for this role

The layer between silicon and autonomy: boards, boot, drivers, comms and the runtime everything else depends on being boring and reliable.

What you will do
Bring up compute and sensor payloads on edge hardware; own drivers and time sync.
Build the on-vehicle runtime, logging and over-the-air update path.
Make comms degrade gracefully — including all the way to nothing.
We are looking for
Embedded Linux, RTOS, and low-level C on ARM-class hardware.
Experience with CAN, Ethernet, radios and the failure modes of each.
You can read a schematic and a stack trace with equal patience.
Apply for this role

Open the doors. Build relationships across the Indian defence ecosystem — services, MoD, DRDO labs, primes and iDEX — and translate their problems into programmes we can actually deliver.

What you will do
Own the pipeline from first meeting to trial to procurement.
Navigate tenders, trials, certification and indigenisation requirements.
Bring real operational requirements back to engineering, unfiltered.
We are looking for
Experience inside or alongside the Indian defence procurement ecosystem.
Credibility with uniformed and civilian stakeholders alike.
You can tell the difference between polite interest and a real requirement.

04 / Process

Four conversations. Two weeks. No riddles.

01Intro callThirty minutes with a founder. What you have built, what we are building, whether either is interesting to the other.30 MIN
02Deep diveYou walk us through something real you have shipped — code, a mechanism, a failure you diagnosed. No whiteboard trivia.90 MIN
03Work sessionA half day on a live problem from our backlog, paid. You see how we work; we see how you think when it is not tidy.PAID
04OfferDecision within three days of the last conversation, with the reasoning either way.72 HRS
05 / What you get

Founding equity

Meaningful ownership for the first hires, vesting from day one.

Hardware budget

Parts, compute and test time approved by whoever needs them, not by finance.

Field time

Everyone goes on trials. Engineers who never see the deployment build the wrong thing.

Health & family

Full cover for you, your partner, children and parents.

06 / Apply

Tell us what
you have built.

No cover letter. Send the role you want, a link to something you made, and one paragraph on the hardest problem you solved in it.
